A/Prof Sumit Raniga collaborated with Manik D. and the Arthrex Team in the Macquarie Translational Orthopaedics Research Lab (MQTOR Lab), piloting and validating novel surgical solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes. Using the lab’s advanced in vitro cadaveric shoulder simulator, the team gained real-time insights into shoulder biomechanics and kinematics with exceptional accuracy and reproducibility. This platform provides an ideal environment to develop, test, and validate innovative surgical techniques.
